Returns
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money back guarantee (excluding custom-made or personalized items, mattresses, pillows, and used vacuum cleaners). Merchandise may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price, minus our cost of shipping. Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. If the return is a result of our error, we'll even pay the return shipping cost. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, and you must contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of receipt. After receiving a Return Authorization (RA), you will have 30 days to return the item back to us.
To return an item, just send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason for the return (item was damaged, you bought the wrong thing, etc.) and we'll get back to you ASAP. You must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before sending your item(s) back. Failure to obtain an RA Number before returning your item(s) will cause additional cost and delay.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
